Lupita Recreated This Black Panther Magazine Cover
Lupita Nyong'o is super supportive of her Black Panther costars. Her Instagram is full of fun press tour photos and behind-the-scenes selfies with Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, Leticia Wright, director Ryan Coogler, and more. (There's even a congratulatory headshot of Daniel Kaluuya, from when he was nominated for an Oscar for Get Out.)
But one of her latest posts is the ultimate tribute to Boseman, who plays the film's titled hero and her onscreen love interest. Yesterday, Rolling Stone unveiled its new cover featuring the Black Panther star, shirtless while wearing a fur coat and leather pants - and absolutely killing it.

Nyong'o quickly followed suit. Mimicking Boseman, she also posed shirtless, with a fur coat slung over her shoulders, a structured necklace, and black pants. The recreation was perfect.
"Imitation is the best form of flattery," she began a message to her costar in the caption. "I admire your quiet, confident, regal nature. You brought the wealth of all your knowledge, wisdom and physicality to T'Challa. You led us into the land of Wakanda without ego, without pretense, without fear. We reap the benefits now squarely because of your courage, your fierce dedication, your intense passion, and your grueling workout regimen."
