Mandy Moore shared her favorite beauty products to use during quarantine.
In an Instagram video, the actress says she’s “really into” the Tula Skincare Glow & Get It Eye Balm for a dose of hydration.
The $28 product moisturizes, cools, and brightens the skin.
Mandy Moore isn’t letting her self-care slip during 2020’s quarantine. The This Is Us actress shared her go-to makeup products on Instagram, including the skincare picks she uses to prep her eye area for a smooth, crease-free finish.
In the Instagram video shared by the Streicher Sisters—three beauty experts (and siblings) who founded Striiike beauty studio in L.A.—Moore shares about 20 different products she uses. But when it comes to the eyes, there’s one stand-out product she’s been sticking to: Tula Skincare’s Glow & Get It Eye Balm.
After applying Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream to her face and neck for a “light glow,” the 36-year-old pulls out a blue tube from her bag and says, “I’ve really been into this Tula Skincare Eye Balm.”
At $28, the small but mighty balm contains hyaluronic acid to hydrate the delicate area under the eyes while also plumping the skin to decrease the look of little wrinkles. It also offers caffeine to help de-puff and aloe for an extra dose of moisture. Applying just a touch gives skin a brighter glow (something Moore is a pro at achieving).
And because it has this sensational cooling and tightening effect, the area feels super refreshed. “It actually just feels delightful,” Moore says. “It kind of has a bit of an opalescent tinge to it, so I rub it in a little bit so it’s not just a white streak underneath my eye.”
In an interview with Byrdie, Moore says she’s “trying to get better” about developing an “anti-aging routine.” Bus she also takes a holistic approach to beauty. “Just this morning I made a pact to start a vitamin routine,” she said.
She also told Allure in 2018: “I wear sunscreen, try to stay hydrated, get enough sleep—all of the easy precautionary measures for anybody at any age. I haven’t really upped the ante yet, but I probably need to start investigating some harder core tactics.”
That said, she calls $400+ facials her “biggest beauty extravagance”—so it seems like she’s doing just fine to us!
