Marg Helgenberger Reunited with Her Original 'CSI' Castmates and Fans Are Emotional

This year marks the 23rd anniversary of CSI: Crime Scene Investigators'first episode, which came out on October 6, 2000. After 15 seasons and countless crime scenes, the cast became more like family to viewers, and each other it seems. Five members of the original cast had an unofficial reunion this week, and we are obsessed! Marg Helgenberger, Eric Szmanda, Robert David Hall, David Berman, and Jorja Fox posed for a photo, looking more like old friends than former coworkers.

Helgenberger, who portrays Catherine Willows, posted the photos to her Instagram saying, "We got the band back together! Love my dear pals from #CSI @dpb88 @ericszmanda #JorjaFox & #RobertDavidHall #friendsforever."

A few members of the original cast have reprised their roles in the new CSI: Vegas, including Helgenberger as a series regular. Fans were excited to see their favorite CSI cast members back together again, even if it's not on the screen, they commented:
