Margot Robbie Wears Custom Armani Privé Inspired by 1977’s Superstar Barbie at Golden Globes 2024
Margot Robbie brought “Barbie” back to the red carpet at the 81st annual Golden Globes in Los Angeles on Sunday, wearing a custom pink Armani Privé look inspired by the 1977 Superstar Barbie doll.
Styled by Andrew Mukamal, Robbie’s look included V-neck pink sequin dress and a life-size version of the doll’s tulle boa.

Though Robbie’s Armani Privé dress was custom, it was also in line with the brand’s fall 2022 haute couture runway collection, which featured a large selection of hot pink pieces.
Robbie carried a matching sparkly pink clutch and kept her jewelry simple with a large pair of round diamond stud earrings.
While Robbie’s red carpet ensemble was a saturated shade of pink, her hair and makeup remained relatively neutral. Robbie wore her blond locks in long, loose waves and opted for a natural glam with a soft pink lip.
Margot Robbie was nominated at the Golden Globe Awards for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her titular role in “Barbie.”
Previously, Robbie was a brand ambassador for Chanel from 2018 to 2022, and has been an ambassador for watch brand Richard Mille.
