Insomniac has said that it will fix an embarrassing error in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 that portrays a Cuban flag instead of a Puerto Rican one.
The flag is featured in Miles Morales’ home and around the surrounding area. But Miles and his mother aren’t Cuban, they are Puerto Rican.
The error was spotted over the weekend after the release of the PS5 game, a title that many critics are claiming is the best super hero game ever made.
“Can anybody explain why there is a Cuban flag inside and outside of the Miles Morales’ apartment when he and Rio are Puerto Rrican?,” asked Redditor TheHouselessTurtle.

James Stevenson, community and marketing director at Insomniac was quick to acknowledge the gaffe on Friday evening - the same day the game was released - and suggested a fix is on the way.
The problem sticks out as something that was overlooked by different developers on the game, as later on it’s possible to unlock a suit that features a design with the Puerto Rican flag.
Looks like Insomniac mistakenly have the Cuban flag instead of Puerto Rican flag in Spider-Man 2. Here's a picture of Miles Morales walking inside his apartment. I hope @insomniacgames can fix this soon.

Marvel’s Spider-Man is a big hit with gamers, and there are suggestions that anti hero Venom, who also features in the game, may get a spin-off title sometime in the future.
Last week, we spoke to the creators of Marvel’s Spider-Man about the amount of work that went into recreating New York, especially when compared to the city from the previous game.
