Mason Ho and Friends Had a Ton of Fun Surfing in France
Clay Marzo and Mason Ho are like the dynamic duo of surfing and they like to travel together.
Last summer they surfed all over Indonesia scoring fun waves at iconic surf breaks like Lombok's Desert Point and Bali's Padang Padang.
More recently, we saw them having fun in small surf in France. Throw Australia's Noah Dean and Hawaii's Eli Olson into the mix, and boom! You got yourself a classic surf trip full of surfing and other shenanigans.
Ho & Pringle Productions dropped its latest edit today and captioned it:
"On a stormy day in France, Mason Ho & Clay Marzo jump on a phone call while driving around looking for waves... This is what happened.
"All surfboard info in end credit roll plus super bonus Clay Marzo shopping for food. The best!"
Anyone who's been on a surf trip knows there are so many other little things that fill the void between surf sessions, like food, culture, random funny sh*t, and well, sometimes windy, blown-out waves.
So what does a surf tripper do? Improvise, of course.
Like grabbing a boogie board to make the most of some windy shorebreak waves.
Considering the edit opens with a classic convo on speakerphone in the car between Ho and Marzo, this is more like eight minutes of reality TV than a classic surf video.
As usual, viewers were stoked on the edit. These guys seem to have their own fans. Check out a few of the comments below:
"So good to see Clay still ripping! Thanks Mason."
"Ho cuz, they get some good herb in France, ah?"
"Nice dude came half Moon Bay."
