Meet the New Miss USA 2023 and the 50 Beauties Who Make Up Her Court

The verdict is in and there’s a new Miss USA for 2023! Miss Utah USA Noelia Voight was awarded the title, the crown and the opportunity to represent the United States in the Miss Universe pageant later this year.
It was more than her beauty that won her the title. It was also her thoughtful answer to the question: As the brand ambassador for Miss USA, what will be your contribution to the organization?
She responded: “I believe the ability to connect with people is an incredibly important asset that a Miss USA should have. The United States of America is an incredibly diverse country, probably one of the most diverse in the entire world. So being able to connect with everybody is important. As a bilingual Venezuelan-American woman, I plan to connect with that community of people because the United States of America is a diverse country and a Miss USA needs to be able to represent every community no matter their background, their race, their ethnicity, anything and I would like to be that Miss USA.”
Voigt beat out the rest of the Top 5 to capture the title:
First Runner-Up: Miss Hawaii USA Savannah Gankiewicz
Second Runner-Up: Miss Wisconsin USA Alexis Loomans
Third Runner-Up: Miss Pennsylvania USA Jasmine Daniels
Fourth Runner-Up: Miss Texas USA Lluvia Alzate
Prior to winning Miss USA, Voight had posted on her Instagram: "I am honored to be the first Venezuelan American woman to hold the title of Miss Utah USA, and I am truly looking forward to breaking barriers and bridging the gap between communities by being able to speak Spanish and connect with the large Hispanic population in Utah."
