Meet the Cast of "The Fosters" Spin-Off "Good Trouble" and Their Characters
Callie Adams Foster and Mariana Adams Foster are finally out in the real world and they've made some new friends along the way. As they head to Los Angeles and start their adult lives, the two move into The Coterie, a communal living space, and begin new jobs after leaving out of the Adams Foster home. Maia Mitchell as Callie Adams Foster
Callie is back! She’s fresh out of law school and preparing to start a new job as a clerk for a judge that she doesn't see eye to eye with. Even with their differences, she works to try to change the system from the inside as she starts off her law career.
You probably known Maia Mitchell from her role on The Fosters and, before that, she was a guest star on a few episodes of Jessie. She also starred in Teen Beach Movie and Teen Beach 2 as McKenzie.
Cierra Ramirez as Mariana Adams Foster
Now officially a graduate of MIT, Mariana is on her way to work for a tech startup where she tries to make a name for herself in a male-dominated industry. She moves into The Coterie with Callie, but seems to have other reasons for wanting to live there.
Cierra Romirez was previously on The Secret Life of the American Teenager, before she landed her role in The Fosters. She recently starred as America Chavez in Marvel's Secret Warriors.
Tommy Martinez as Gael
Gael is one of Callie and Mariana's neighbors in The Coterie and he also works at the same tech startup as Mariana. While it seems like Mariana is super into him, things start to heat up between him and Callie. Meet Gael in Seventeen's exclusive video below:
If you watch Riverdale, then Tommy Martinez might look very familiar to you. He starred as the Ghoulies' leader Malachai.
Zuri Adele as Malika
Malika is a passionate activist and grew up as a foster kid, just like Callie and Mariana. She is one of their new neighbors when they move into The Coterie.
This is Zuri Adele's first starring role. She previously appeared in Under the Dome and short films C.R.E.A.M. & Butter and The Social Worker.
Sherry Cola as Alice
Alice is the owner of The Coterie, who is often trying to keep the peace in the communal building. She is a first-generation Asian-American who feels she has failed her parents, despite her success in running the building.
Sherry Cola is a stand-up comedian who appeared in MTV's SafeWord. She also appeared in Claws and Life in Pieces.
Roger Bart as Judge Wilson
Callie's new boss who is a conservative judge and views certain cases differently than her. The two of them clash because of their different points of view, but they also work together as she starts off her law career.
Roger Bart is a singer and an actor who provided the singing voice of Hercules in the Disney animated film. He's appeared on Revenge, A Series of Unfortunate Events and several Broadway productions.
