Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are moving following their wedding
Prince William and Duchess Kate are getting new neighbors! After their May 19th wedding, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will reportedly move into Kensington Palace's Apartment 1.
Renovations for the 21-room apartment began in November 2017, soon after the couple announced their engagement. Photos of Kensington Palace taken at the time shows the west side of the building covered in a white plastic covering as to hide the construction going on.
According to sources, Harry has visited the construction site often, asking when it will be ready. "He seems in a real hurry to move in with Meghan," a source said.
Their new home will be an upgrade from the two-bedroom Nottingham Cottage they currently live in. Meghan and Harry could move in as early as November 2018, meaning they still have a couple of months to hang out with Princess Eugenie and fiancé Jack Brooksbank who moved in next door from their Nottingham Cottage abode.
Meghan and Harry are set to wed on May 19th in one of the biggest social events of the year. Kensington Palace released a massive update on the wedding last week, revealing who will walk Meghan down the aisle and the schedule on the day of the nuptials.
