There's no doubt about it: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are the "it" couple of the moment. Ever since the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and pop super star went public with their relationship, people have been weighing in on their romance left and right. One of the most recent celebs to share their two cents is Melissa Etheridge, who dished on what "worries" her about the coupledom.
Recently, "Come to My Window" singer sat down with CNN's Chris Wallace for the Feb. 2 episode of Max's Who's Talking to Chris Wallace? Etheridge, a Kansas City native and huge Chiefs fan, shared her admiration for Kelce and Swift in a clip shared via CNN.
"All those guys are way too professional, as she is, to let anything be a distraction," he told Wallace. "I love that she loves one of my favorite football players, Travis Kelce. He's an amazing human being, and I think they're a great couple."
Etheridge shared how "attractive" it is for such powerful individuals to come together as a couple—while also joking that she hopes Kelce won't soon retire from the NFL to spend more time with Swift.
"I think it's fantastic. I love it," she said, jokingly. "I'm just worried he's gonna retire early to be with her. That's the thing I'm worried about."

Fortunately for Etheridge, it doesn't look like she'll have to fret about Kelce retiring in the immediate future. During a Jan. 11 news conference, the tight end clarified that he has "no reason to stop playing football” and “no desire to stop anytime soon.”
"I love it," Kelce continued. "We still have success, come in with the right mindset. And I just love the challenge it gives me every single day to try and be at my best."
