Modern Loafers
In case you haven’t noticed, loafers have gone viral over the last few months — indicating themselves as a big trend for 2024. Whether you fancy a penny loafer or a lug sole loafer, the options will run the gamut.
Dr. Martens Adrian Loafers
This slip-on style has a fashion-forward tassel and fringe details for a fun take on the classic loafer.
Haruta Leather 850 Spock Loafer
These Haruta leather loafers have this Indian-inspired feel to them with the cut out ankle.
Mary Janes
Although seen on Kendall Jenner and every other supermodel, don’t make the rookie mistake of thinking that Mary Janes are only for women. Just ask Pharrell who put male models down the runway at the Louis Vuitton show with patent leather Mary Janes and ruffle socks.
Zara Flat Leather Shoes
These low profile flats aren’t quite a classic ballet flat, but they’re pretty close. And also gorgeous!
Lemaire Black Ballerina Loafers
These black lambskin flats from Lemaire are technically classified as loafers, but come on, they’re ballet slippers.
Hiking Shoes
Hiking shoes a big splash in 2024. Function wise, they are breathable, durable, provide great traction and midsole support, plus have a wide toe box for excellent comfortability. Fashion wise, the style completely plays into the gorpcore trend taking over our feeds.
Salomon XT-4 OG Aurora Borealis Rubber-Trimmed Mesh Sneakers
Salomon has now collabed with MM6 and Sandy Liang, so trust that they’re a fashion shoe. But their core collection rocks too.
Niro Solid
These Niros come in so many color ways, and they’re less chunky than your average hiking shoe.
Clogs and Mules
Over the last two to three years, male mules have been picking up steam within the fashion set. Starting casual with the Birkenstock, other brands have caught onto the versatility and comfort of a mule for men — leading to more casual and formal options than ever in the new year. With no laces, you can easily slip-in and out of them. Mules can be worn indoors or outdoors and for the eco-friendly shoppers, they are also available in recycled plastic, cork, and even algae.
Camper Brutus Sandal
These mules from Camper are a gorgeous round black leather shoe with a cushion footbed. You could wear these to a wedding.
UGG Women’s Tasman X
These are some of my most complimented and asked about shoes. The inner sock is removable and washable, so you can wear it as a warm boot or as a slip-on waterproof shoe.
Soccer Shoes
I mean, we know we’re talking about the Adidas Samba. These past few years have been the Samba’s moment in the spotlight, like no other sneaker has really come close. They kind of popped off when Adidas started releasing drops in collaboration with Wales Bonner But the silhouette has since transcended the brand. Earlier this year, Nike collabed with Bode to rerelease a retired soccer shoe, the Astro Grabber that was seen on one Kaia Gerber before it even came out.
Adidas Samba OG “Collegiate Green” sneakers
At this point, the Samba colorways are like Pokemon. They’re for collecting and flexing. There are so many at this point it’s hard to keep track. But that’s what makes it so fun.
Puma Speedcat OG Men’s Sneakers
The Puma Speedcat doesn’t have the virality of the Samba, but it is in steady rotation with Emily Ratajkowski.
