NFL Capitalizes on Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Romance in New Promo
The NFL is ready for Taylor Swift's possible appearance at the Kansas City Chiefs game vs. the New York Jets.
Today reports that a Sunday Night Football promo was filmed for the game—which is set to take place at MetLife Stadium on Oct.1—that features Swift's hit "Welcome to New York."
According to the publication's description of the ad, the clip begins with Swift's rumored boyfriend Travis Kelce "walking out of a tunnel with his arms spread open." Additionally, there are "other images of him catching a pass, running with the ball, pointing, hauling a touchdown pass, laughing and standing on the sideline with his helmet off."

Earlier this week, a source told Front Office Sports that Swift plans to travel to New Jersey for the game. The news comes after the pop star attended Kelce's game on Sept. 24 at the Chiefs' home venue, Arrowhead Stadium. She was photographed cheering him on from the box suite with his mom, Donna.
Luckily for Kelce, Swift seemed to be a good luck charm, as the Chiefs won against the Chicago Bears with a 41-10 score.
The singer is said to have also attended the afterparty as Kelce's date, where the two were photographed cuddling up to each other. Kelce's teammate Patrick Mahones had nothing but kind words to say about his interaction with Swift post-game, sharing at a press conference held on Sept. 27, "She's really cool, good people."
On the latest episode of his podcast New Heights, Kelce opened up about how thrilled he was to see her at Arrowhead Stadium. "To see the slow-motion chest bumps, to see the high fives with mom, to see how the Chiefs kingdom was all excited she was there, that shit was absolutely hysterical, it was definitely a game I’ll remember, that’s for damn sure," he gushed.
