You Can Now Get Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milkshakes At Burger King
Burger King knows just how much you love ice cream and cereal mashups. So much so, that the brand just announced that it's introducing a brand new milkshake featuring one your childhood favorites: Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
According to a release, the shake will taste like "a cup of cinnamon swirl bliss," which basically means that if you've ever gulped down the leftover milk after eating a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, you should expect the shake to taste just as heavenly as that. The new item will obviously include pieces of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and with sweet cinnamon-flavored syrup mixed in with a vanilla soft serve.
"Our cereal shake mashups have been a big hit with our guests, and we want to continue providing tasty, exciting shake options for them,"Alex Macedo, President of Burger King North America, said in the press release. "Hand spun shakes are an iconic part of the Burger King brand history, and we know our guests will love this sweet menu addition."
This isn't the first time Burger King has dabbled with injecting sugary cereals into ice cream. The brand introduced a Lucky Charms milkshake back in June, shortly after rolling out a similar milkshake using Froot Loops. Judging by how popular the beverages have been among customers, it wouldn't be a surprise if the cereal shakes just kept on coming.
The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake, coming in at 780 calories, will only be available for a limited time at the low, low price of $2.99. So run, don't walk, to a participating Burger King and get it while you can.
