The One Chick-Fil-A Drink Mixture Fans Say Is the Ultimate 'Cheat Code'

One of the best things about frequenting your favorite fast-food restaurant is being able to make unique combinations of your go-to menu items. It’s not important whether the concoction makes sense or not, the importance lies in the creativity and overall taste profile. Whether you're putting chicken nuggets on a burger, hash browns on an egg sandwich or introducing 10 different sodas to one cup, it all makes sense under the umbrella of taste and creativity.

In a recent post made to Facebook, the latest fast-food cheat code to be discovered at Chick-fil-A comes in the form of a delicious beverage. The cheat, however simple, involves using the popular chicken joint’s soft drink fountain to mix half lemonade and half Hi-C Punch. The combination of the two beverages results in a tasty libation that — while perfect for the summer season — definitely has a lot of supporters who prefer the beverage concoction year-round.

In response to one commenters query of how the refreshing sounding combination tastes, an experienced drink hacker described it as being like “a strawberry lemonade but super balanced.” Going on to add, “It’s all I order here drink-wise,” they then mentioned, “It takes to whiskey well too.” Another fan of the beverage chimed in to say how this is a drink combination that they have been “getting since high school,” and how it’s all they ever get from the popular chicken restaurant.

Taking risks is the name of the game when eating at fast-food restaurants — one we all know and play well. And while we are not all master chefs in our own right, we do know just what flavors attract us most and assume the risk of combining said flavors until we find something delicious. Let’s just thank our lucky stars that we have social media today to help separate the good concoctions from the bad.
