The Palace Just Announced a New Upcoming Royal Wedding for Prince William’s Cousin
Good news for royal wedding fans: Princess Eugenie's wedding next month won't be the last upcoming nuptial for the family. Buckingham Palace announced today that Lady Gabriella Windsor, Prince William and Harry's cousin, is engaged to Thomas Kingston. They'll marry in spring 2019, in the third royal wedding for the family in the last year.
Gabriella is the daughter of the Queen's cousin, Prince Michael of Kent. Kingston, meanwhile, is Pippa Middleton's ex from 2011.
They remain friends now. In fact, the two went to Pippa's wedding together:
The Palace gave brief detail on the two in its statement on the wedding: “Prince and Princess Michael of Kent are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter Lady Gabriella Windsor to Mr. Thomas Kingston," the statement said, per People. "Lady Gabriella (known as ‘Ella’) is a Senior Director at Branding Latin America, a brand-positioning platform that specializes in the region. She is also a writer and contributes to The London Magazine. Mr. Kingston works in frontier market investment and is a Director of Devonport Capital.”
