Prince Harry Gushes About Introducing His "Wife and Son to South Africa"
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to embark upon their first royal tour as a family with baby Archie in the coming months.
The duke and duchess will travel to Africa with their son, and have now posted on Instagram about their plans.
In their adorable Instagram post, Prince Harry shared, “In just a few weeks our family will be taking its first official tour to Africa."
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry are preparing for their first official trip abroad with baby Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
Meghan and Harry have been planning their trip to Africa since before Archie was born. Having successfully completed a royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and the Kingdom of Tonga prior to welcoming Archie, the duke and duchess are ready to introduce their son to the world.
In an Instagram post introducing the groups they are highlighting for the month of September, Prince Harry took the opportunity to open up about his family's forthcoming trip. The prince said:
"In just a few weeks our family will be taking its first official tour to Africa a region of the world that over the past two decades has been a second home to me. Our team has helped create a meaningful programme that we’re so excited to share with you. On a personal note, I can’t wait to introduce my wife and son to South Africa! We’ll see all of you very soon."

The royals also shared some exclusive details about their plans for the trip. They wrote, "For the official tour, the family will be visiting South Africa together ???? and The Duke will be carrying out visits to Malawi ????, Angola ???? and Botswana ????."
And continuing their monthly tradition of supporting organizations and groups by following them on Instagram, the @SussexRoyal account wrote, "Our monthly social awareness approach follows key accounts that inspire us and highlight those working towards positive change. As a lead up to the tour, for the month of September, we wish to celebrate the beauty of this wonderful continent as a whole: from local organisations working hard to better the environment, to the young leaders paving the way for a better future for the Commonwealth and beyond.
These selected groups are a small representation of the incredible work being done in Africa today from countless people, local communities and organisations."
