Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Looked So in Love at Charlie van Straubenzee's Wedding
This morning, Prince Harry's childhood friend Charlie van Straubenzee married Daisy Jenks in a countryside wedding in Surrey, but the bride and groom weren't the only lovebirds in the church today.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, still newlyweds themselves, were seen holding hands in the graveyard outside the ceremony venue, where Harry couldn't take his eyes off of Meghan.
Never one to shy away from the PDA, Markle, who celebrated her 37th birthday today, wore a chic color-blocked dress from Club Monaco for the occasion, and she paired the look with a Philip Treacy fascinator, Aquazzura shoes, and statement sunglasses.
In addition to Harry and Meghan, Princess Eugenie and her fiancé Jack Brooksbank were also at the nuptials.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were rumored to have been invited as well, as Prince William is quite close with the van Straubenzee family, but it appears they did not attend. Perhaps they are still enjoying their family vacation on the island of Mustique.
We likely won't see much more of Harry and Meghan this month. August is typically a slow time for the royal family as the Queen is on her summer holiday. Additionally, according to a recent article by royal correspondent Katie Nicholl, the young royals "are keen for a break from the limelight."
"[Harry] worries there is too much hysteria around Meghan and he wants to row back a bit," a source reveals in Nicholl's new story for Vanity Fair. They are reportedly spending a good bit of time in the Cotswolds.
That said, Harry and Meghan will return to a regular schedule of public engagements in September.
