Prince Harry and Prince William Walk Side-by-Side in Queen Elizabeth's Funeral Procession

Prince William wore his military uniform. Prince Harry did not.

Prince Harry and Prince William walked side-by-side in the funeral procession for their beloved grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, on Monday, Sept. 19.

William, the new Prince of Wales, wore his military uniform and hat, while Harry, Duke of Sussex, sported a suit with his military medals attached.

They walked with their father, the newly crowned King Charles III, as well as Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Prince Andrew.

Prince Harry was stripped of his military titles after stepping down as a working royal in early 2020, while Prince Andrew, widely regarded as the Queen's favorite child, lost his military titles amid sexual abuse allegations against him and his friendship with convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The Queen reportedly helped Andrew pay a settlement to accuser Virginia Giuffre, who claimed to have been forced to have sex with him more than once when she was underage.

The brothers, along with their wives Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, appeared together to greet well-wishers outside of Windsor Castle on Sept. 10, 2022.

The Sussexes reportedly also briefly saw William, as well as their niece Princess Charlotte and nephews Prince Louis and Prince George, while driving. Other reports claim that the erstwhile "Fab Four" also had a private dinner together.
