Princess Charlotte Was the Royal Wedding's HBIC
In what is probably the least surprising news to come out about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding last weekend, bb royal waver Princess Charlotte gets shit done! No, seriously. According to a royal guest, Charlotte kept all of the other bridesmaids and page boys in check during her uncle's wedding.
"She was really sweet," the guest told People. "There was one girl who wanted to go and she said, "No you can't go yet. We have to wait until we are asked.' She was really organized!"
The guest also added to People that Charlotte looked "very happy and content to be there." Truly, a girl after my own heart.
I mean, this all makes sense. Charlotte is already a very experienced bridesmaid, having served in her Aunt Pippa's wedding the year before. Alongside her older brother Prince George, the duo also stole the show at Pippa's wedding to James Matthews in their bridesmaid and page boy outfits.
In another cute Charlotte dispatch from Windsor, the princess reportedly was given candy by her nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, throughout the ceremony.
"I was sitting right in front of [Maria] and she was bribing the youngest bridesmaid with Peppa Pig sweets and Smarties," the source said. And we get it, weddings are fun and all and love is great but sometimes all you really need is Peppa Pig sweets and Smarties.
In conclusion: Your royal highness, please be the Maid of Honor at my wedding because that's the only way anything would ever get done. Thanks, girl! Love ya!
