Shopping for your first baby can be overwhelming. Every checklist online introduces you to no less than 20 new "must-haves" you absolutely need to add to your registry - lest you be a careless, unfit parent! - not to mention how many items have to be traded out after the baby's four or five months old and grows out of its pink, wrinkly infant stage.
Don't even get me started on setting up the nursery, either. Okay, too late: Scrolling Instagram or Pinterest unearths thousands of ideas, sending you spiraling into a dozen different directions - only to learn half of that influencer's swag costs more than your first car. (A $1,600 crib?! Who do you take me for, Cardi B?!) If the ranting didn't give it away, it's a journey I've started myself - due this October! - that's left me feeling a little overwhelmed ... until I started finding a few secret sources for surprisingly affordable, chic finds.
