Reese Witherspoon Dresses Her Dog in a Christmas Sweater on IG—But Minnie Seems Over It
Christmas is nearly upon us. And Reese Witherspoon has wasted no time in spreading a little holiday cheer to everyone on social media. Just a few weeks ago, The Morning Show actress revealed on Instagram that she was getting ready to take holiday photos—and one family member in particular was getting all dressed up for the occasion.

Witherspoon shared a short video on her personal page and it featured her dog, Minnie Pearl, dressed in a fuzzy red and white Christmas sweater. As the camera pans up, the little Frenchie is wearing the cozy ensemble and she’s sitting in her bed. And just taking one glance at her face, she doesn’t look too pleased.
The Big Little Lies star captioned the video, “When mom makes you dress up for family photos…” and Minnie is undoubtedly giving her the side eye. She later wrote in the comments, “Should I try antlers on her next?”
Witherspoon’s followers couldn’t get enough of Minnie and her Christmas outfit. One person wrote in the comments section, “How cute!” Another chimed in and had to comment on her classic side eye, writing, “She is not for it today,” with a bunch of laughing emojis.
In another post from mid-November, the actress shared that she had already put up her Christmas tree and asked her followers if it was “too soon?” Oh, it’s never too soon to start decorating for Christmas, Reese.
Now if only Minnie would teach us how to give such good side-eye...
