'RHOBH' Stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Reportedly Split
After speculation of their separation, it's official: Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky split after 27 years of marriage.
The news was confirmed by People, with a source close to the couple sharing, "Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what's next for them and their family."
The separation comes after sleuthing fans noticed that Richards and Umansky's relationship had changed. TikToker Jill Badlotto noted that when Richards posted her birthday wishes to her husband on Instagram, the Buying Beverly Hills star shared everyone's birthday posts except his wife's.
"For a couple who is just so into each other and she would overly gush about him on social media before, this just seems very odd to me," said Badlotto. She also theorized that the reason Richards has kept mum on what's going on in their marriage is so she can address it on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Some fans also believe that Richards' bond with Morgan Wade is more than just friendship. The Instagram account @facereality16 did a deep dive into the child star turned Bravolevity's dynamic with the singer.
The account uncovered that the women have matching heart tattoos. When asked about the tattoo during the last RHOBH reunion by Andy Cohen, she evaded the question. Wade also was seen with a new tattoo of a "K" on her arm, after often posting photos with Richards.
In January, Wade shared a photo of herself sitting on Richards' lap, which hinted that their dynamic isn't strictly platonic, despite Richards appearing to still be with Umansky. The account also noticed that when Umansky made a Valentine's Day post, Richards didn't like it and didn't post one herself celebrating her love for her husband.
Richards and Wade were first spotted spending time together in 2022, with Richards revealing that they met after Richards became a big fan of the "Wilder Days" country star.
In an Instagram post from February 17, she wrote, "I stalked @morganwademusic on IG after listening to her music while driving solo from Utah to Colorado while making #housewivesofthenorthpole & today we met up in person for the 1st time. The most unlikely of friendships some may think but kinship knows no boundaries ??."
On July 3, Richards and Umansky released a joint statement regarding their separation. The message read, "In regards to the news that came out about us today...Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue."
"However, yes, we have had a rough year," the message continued. "The most challenging of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part."
As the note concluded, the statement noted, "Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative."
