Salma Hayek is cranking up the heat on her wellness journey this week.
The 56-year-old actress is making a point to celebrate "World Wellbeing Week" this year—and what better way to encourage others to prioritize self-care than by giving her fans a perfect example.
Hayek decided to focus some extra energy on her mind and body this week, as she sweated out all the toxins in a recent sauna session, which she documented on social media.
In the set of steamy new photos, the Magic Mike's Last Dance star could be seen enjoying some R&R as she laid down in a sauna bed, covered in nothing but two folded towels. Sporting a bare-faced look, Hayek appeared to be keeping things natural, her hair looking damp from steam as it draped behind her.

"Embracing the healing power of the sauna and sweating out the stress this #WorldWellbeingWeek ????," she wrote in her Instagram post, shared on Tuesday, June 27.
But while her message might have been about wellness, it was her beauty that captivated most of her followers in the comments.
"You’re divine Queen ????," one person gushed. Another went as far as to call the Grown Ups alum the "Most beautiful woman I’ve seen."
Fellow Mexican actress Ana Martín also added the comment, "Belleza ??????" under Hayek's post, which translates to "Beauty."
