Earlier this month, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend bought a second Manhattan penthouse in a building where they already own a penthouse. Adding to their real estate portfolio, the Hollywood power couple just purchased a brand new home in West Hollywood for $5.1 million, Variety reports.

Located in the heart of West Hollywood, the home is a short distance from the couple's Beverly Hills mansion, which they bought in 2016 from Rhianna. The listing describes the style of the home as "organic modern." Benjamin Illulian of Illulian Realty, who held the listing, describes the home's contemporary style as unique for the neighborhood.

The 3,500-square-foot smart home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first floor features an open-concept floor plan with spacious dining and living areas. Giant sliding glass doors seamlessly join the interior space to the patios outside, which are covered (with recessed lighting) by the second story balconies. In addition to an entertainment area with an outdoor fireplace, the backyard also has an L-shaped lawn and a narrow pool and spa.

Inside, wooden stairs across the 20-foot marble island in the kitchen lead to the second floor where three of the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in closet with built-ins. Glass doors in the spacious bedroom open to a private balcony.

The home's most notable feature? Floating gardens with built-in drip irrigation and drainage surrounding the second-story terraces. Sounds dreamy!
