Once the Osage Mercantile, Ree Drummond has transformed the historic building into a vibrant shop, bakery, and restaurant. A cornerstone of downtown Pawhuska, it's easy to forget about The Merc's roots when touring the space.

Earlier this week, however, The Pioneer Woman Mercantile instagram account led us on a trip down memory lane with two photos of The Merc — one in the current day, and the other in days of yore.

"This definitely gives us all the feels. The Merc today...and The Merc over 100 years ago! We love our small town," the caption reads.

This summer if you're planning to visit Pawhuska, there's no shortage of things to do, from Drummond Ranch tours of the Lodge to grabbing a slice at P-Town Pizza. Even better? Ree Drummond also recently opened Charlie's Sweet Shop so tourists and locals alike can enjoy some refreshing ice cream and candies.
