Fixer Upper fans, it’s finally time to pack your possessions and head to Waco, Texas because one of the show’s most popular homes is officially for sale.
Many will remember producer Michael Matsumoto, who scooped up a $12,000 shack and entrusted Chip and Joanna Gaines with its massive overhaul during season 4. Of course, the famous couple did just that and transformed the property into a stunning farmhouse with all the Fixer Upper charms you can imagine.
Recently, Michael and his family put the adorable abode up for rent on Airbnb for $350/night. And now, it looks as though the Matsumotos are ready to part ways with their one-of-a-kind reno for good.
According to Realtor.com, and several local listings, the 4-bed, 2-bath house is currently for sale for $400,000. The posts claim the 1,700 square-foot ranch boasts an open concept floor plan, tall windows, bamboo floors, and top-of-the-line-appliances. Oh yeah, we almost forgot: Plenty of shiplap covers the walls, too.
The 1.02 acres of land also hosts a gorgeous backyard with a garden, playset, rock wall, basketball goal, and a sprinkler system AKA it’s everything a growing family needs for the best summer ever. There’s also a shed, which is currently being used as an office.
The house is located in Crawford, Texas, so it’s not exactly in Chip and Jo’s town. But it is close enough where you can make a quick trip to Magnolia Market for some shopping, or stop at the Magnolia Table restaurant for a meal. Why are you still reading this-hurry up and buy your dream home!
