Taco Bell Debuting Several New Menu Items in October

Word on the street is, Taco Bell is veering into somewhat new territory with a few innovative menu items this fall.

The Mexican fast food chain is gearing up to debut Toasted Breakfast Tacos, as well as the Steak & Bacon Grilled Cheese Burrito, according to a new social media post by food blogger Markie Devo.

The foodie account's upload claims the eatery's new options will drop Oct. 12, in addition to a new Vegan Nacho Cheese sauce—its "first-ever national vegan menu item," the brand states—and Cinnabon Delights Coffee, for those interested in a sweet seasonal sips option to go along with their taco order.

Though little information was shared, according to the social media post's caption, the breakfast tacos will be available in sausage, bacon or potatoes, and also as part of a combo meal.

Additionally, the Nacho Fries are reportedly returning, once again, at participating locations on Thursday, Sept. 28, so fans who've been anticipating the item's comeback should grab them while they're available.

“We’re thrilled to reintroduce Nacho Fries, now with a larger-than-life flair, and our beloved Vegan Nacho Sauce,” Liz Matthews, Global Chief Food Innovation Officer at Taco Bell, shared. “This sauce, born from the success of our Vegan Crunchwrap, represents Taco Bell’s commitment to providing delicious, craveable food for a variety of lifestyles – whether you’re vegan, flexitarian or want to try something new, there’s a place for you at our table.“

In other new arrivals, the restaurant's limited-time offering, Cheesy Jalape?o Mexican Pizza, also landed earlier this month.
