Tamra Judge, 51, Reveals the Workouts She Does for Strong, Toned Arms
Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, 51, just shared an Instagram video of an arm workout that she did at the gym.
The RHOOC star claimed she was "going light" on the exercises due to an emergency oral surgery.
Judge, who opened up a gym with her husband in Orange County, frequently hits the gym to maintain her toned figure, and she's never looked better.
When it comes to working out, Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge does not mess around. The 51-year-old mother of four frequently posts on Instagram just how hard she works to have a strong and toned figure, and in her latest post, she reveals the arm workout that gives her those sculpted biceps and triceps we all strive to have.
"Going light weight today (due to oral surgery) @yogamomoffive & @dillongeorge1....but getting it done ???? key to success is being consistent. No excuses!" she wrote in the caption. There is absolutely nothing light about the workout she's doing, so you can imagine just how strong the reality star is. Judge rarely misses a day at the gym, and it shows.
Judge founded C.U.T Fitness (Cardio, Unique Training) in Orange County in 2013 with her certified trainer husband, Eddie Judge. The gym offers personal training and a range of group fitness classes for people looking to get their sweat on.
Unsurprisingly, C.U.T. is Judge's go-to workout spot, and you can see countless Instagram posts of her toning up—sometimes with her husband. In a post from April, Judge balances on a BOSU ball to perform a single-leg deadlift with a plate. This exercise works her entire posterior chain—it's how she gets that bikini booty.

Though Judge works hard at the gym, exercise isn't the whole way she maintains her amazing figure at 51. Judge follows a healthy, balanced diet. In a series of Instagram stories she posted in April, Tamra revealed her typical diet, which includes a mix of egg whites, coffee, a green shake, and lots of veggies. She also strives to cut out "things like soda, empty calories, sugar, processed foods, etc."
On a recently episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Judge opened up about her struggles with losing weight in the past but was eventually was able to find an approach that works for her lifestyle. "I didn’t lose any weight. I weigh the same for 15 years," she said. "I changed my body composition, less body fat, more muscle. I did it the old fashion way! Eat clean & train mean."
The RHOOC star got especially lean when she decided to compete in a fitness competition in 2016. To slim down, Tamra switched up her diet, in addition to keeping up at the gym. "You have to eat so much protein to build that muscle," she told Bravo's The Feast. "You eat a lot of protein, a lot of chicken breasts, a lot of protein shakes, a lot of egg whites, a lot of steamed vegetables, asparagus, things like that. No processed food, no sugar. And I don't eat a whole lot of that, every once in a while—like, I had dessert last night, which was amazing. But it's just constantly eating every couple hours. So when you work out you can feed those muscles."
Real Housewives of Orange County Season 14 airs August 6, so we can expect to learn more of Judge's secrets to looking ageless at 51.
