Activities, games and opening music will begin at 5 p.m., and the band is set to take the stage at 6 p.m. Children are invited to bring their favorite teddy bear or plushie to dance, sing and play with during the show, a release said.
The event is hosted by Bemidji Early Childhood Collaborative, Bi-Cap HeadStart and

Started by a group of talented dads in 1985, the Minnesota-based Teddy Bear Band has received the Minnesota Music Award and Mother's Choice Award, and has been invited for induction to the Smithsonian Institute and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
"The Teddy Bear Band strives to help children gain and maintain a positive sense of self, as well as an appreciation of their own abilities with music that also nurtures learning and socialization," the release said.
