Hailey Bieber's 'pizza toast' hack is taking over TikTok — here's how to make it
Hailey Bieber’s pizza toast recipe is everywhere on TikTok.
But does it really live up to the hype? Millions and millions of viewers seem to think so.
How to avoid panic buying in an ultra-competitive housing market
Bieber first posted the recipe in January, and since then countless TikTokers have shared their own videos trying the snack.
It’s easy to see why. The recipe is cheesy, saucy and filled with flavor, and it takes only about 10 minutes to make.
The fervent response is reminiscent of TikTok’s reactions to other celebrity home-cooking hacks, like Lizzo’s “hangover breakfast” or Kylie Jenner’s take on French toast.

How to make Hailey Bieber’s pizza toast recipe
Here’s what you’ll need to give this snack a try:
Sourdough bread
Butter
Truffle oil
Heirloom tomatoes
Lemons
Burrata
Marinara
Parmesan cheese
Oregano
Red pepper flakes
Frozen pizza
To start, butter a few slices of sourdough bread on both sides, then drizzle on some truffle oil. Toast the slices in a skillet on medium heat, until golden.
Next, slice your heirloom tomatoes and season them with salt, lemon juice and truffle oil. Top each toast slice with some burrata, plus a few slices of tomatoes. Place the toast in a toaster oven, heated to about 250 degrees, and let it cook until the cheese melts.
In the meantime, warm some marinara sauce in a saucepan. When the toast is ready, top it with parmesan, red pepper flakes and oregano, before adding a healthy serving of marinara to tie it all together. And then it’s time to eat!
From the first bite, we were blown away by this recipe. As high of a standard as the word “pizza” may bring, Hailey Bieber’s toast lives up to it. The combination of tomatoes, oil, toast and cheese really does taste like a margherita pizza, just a lot crispier. And the pieces are bite-size and easy to make at home.
We ultimately gave this hack a nine out of 10, one of our highest scores for a viral recipe ever. We’ll definitely be making it again.
