Universal Orlando Is Hiring for 3,000 Jobs — and Perks Include Park Guest Passes

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Universal is hiring for 3,000 full, part-time, and seasonal positions across several departments including jobs with attractions, operations, culinary and food services, and merchandise in several theme parks including Volcano Bay, CityWalk, and Universal Studios Florida.
And the perks of these positions don’t end at simply bringing joy to others visiting the park. According to Universal, perks also include free park admission, discounts, and complimentary guest passes.
And it’s not just Universal that brags about its great perks program. According to Glassdoor, Universal Studios has a 3.7-star rating from its own employees. On the site, several current and former employees tout the theme park for its fringe benefits, which can also include stock options and tuition reimbursement for those working in full-time positions.

“Great benefits couldn't ask for better! Loved being able to purchase discounted tickets as well. Getting in free is great,” one current employee wrote. “...Discounts at At&t. Discount Walgreens prescriptions. Discounts at CityWalk. Discounts at AMC movie theatres. 401K/3% match. Free concerts during events,” another added.
To kick off its massive hiring blitz, Universal Studios is hosting a job fair on Thursday, Oct. 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time. Additional job fairs will also be held in the coming weeks.
