A wedding photographer was arrested in Texas after she allegedly had seχ with a guest and urinated on a tree at the venue, law enforcement officials said.

Katie Mehta, 26, was hired to photograph a couple’s wedding at Parker Manor in Weatherford, Texas, on Saturday, where, according to Dallas TV station WFAA, deputies believe she mixed alprazolam, the generic version of Xanax, and alcohol, during the event.

Mehta, who also is a swimsuit model who goes by the name Max McIntyre, was advised to leave by an off-duty Parker County Sheriff’s deputy who was providing security at the wedding after she was allegedly discovered to be engaging in seχual intercourse with a male guest. After she was asked to leave, she went over to a tree and “began to urinate,” according to the arrest report.

During her arrest, officers found the prescription alprazolam — which is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders — in her jacket and noticed that she smelled strongly of alcohol, according to their report. When she was placed inside the officers’ car, she allegedly became belligerent and yelled, “Y’alls daughters are dead” and “Y’all families will be dead by Christmas,” according to WFAA.

Mehta, who was released from jail on Sunday, is facing charges of public intoxication and a felony charge of obstruction or retaliation.

However, a woman who identified herself as Mehta’s sister told WFAA that Mehta said she had been given spiked drinks and became ill while working. “She said she went outside, and she said these two men tried to approach her and do inappropriate things,” she told the outlet. “And she said she was yelling and trying to get help, and things got turned around in a negative way.”

Mehta did not immediately respond to Yahoo Lifestyle’s requests for comment.
