Your Weekly Tarot Card Reading, Based on Your Sign

You don't need to know the difference between a three-card and a Celtic cross spread, to get the most out of a tarot card reading. All you need: your Sun sign! Here's what I do: Shuffle my tarot deck and pull out the cards in order from Aries to Pisces plus one general card for everyone so that you can get specific advice around your personality. Let’s go!
A GENERAL CARD FOR EVERYONE: FOUR OF WANDS
The Four of Wands is a self-improvement card—it’s a congrats for all the work you’ve been doing, and a call to action to celebrate yourself. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? Things haven’t been easy, but you’ve kept on keeping on. If you’re considering a new project, starting a side gig, furthering a skill, or attempting to take *anything* to the next level (maybe you’ve been contemplating rearranging your furniture?), now’s a good time to act. There’s a swirl of positive energy around you all week. Use it to pursue a goal that’s important to you.
ARIES: FIVE OF WANDS
That Mars energy of yours gets fiery sometimes, Aries. You sure don’t like being told what to do or how to do it. The Five of Wands hints that some poor soul is rubbing you the wrong way rn, and they’re about to feel your wrath. But wait, Aries, because you need to figure out whether this is really worth the full ~Mars treatment~. If not, you could end up making things worse. Vent to someone you trust and sleep on it before you make a move—or not.
TAURUS: PAGE OF COINS
You’re ready to learn something new and get absorbed in an interesting topic. The Page of Coins is a perennial student, and when it visits your world, you’re going to get the books (or the laptop) out and study up. What would you like to learn or understand better? Pick a topic and head “back to school.”
GEMINI: THREE OF WANDS
Gem, this is your kinda week, bb. There’s fast and furious energy, super-juicy gossip, opportunities from surprising sources, and unexpected invitations. You need to stay on your toes to keep up with it all. The Three of Wands has your phone blowing up with everyone texting you. Be deliberate when deciding who and what to engage with, because you’ll have to prioritize.
CANCER: SEVEN OF WANDS
You really don’t like feeling as though you have to compete for the attention of those close to you, and you can get a little bit over-sensitive. Take a deep breath this week, Cancer, because the Seven of Wands is a reminder that you’re not the center of the universe, and other people have their own shit to deal with. If you feel a little bit neglected, don’t lash out or do something dramatic to regain the spotlight—just let them have some space. They’ll be back soon enough.
LEO: QUEEN OF WANDS
Leo, you ARE the Queen of Wands. This gal is your tarot queen, and her presence suggests you’re having a fire kind of week. What does this mean? That you simply can’t fail. How delicious. So play big, and play to win. Ask out your crush, start a new project, maybe cut your own bangs???
VIRGO: THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE
The Wheel of Fortune is the tarot’s totem of change and transformation. It asks for the questioner (that’s you) to pick a spot on the wheel and push. Translation: make one change this week, something you want to be different. Then, watch that wheel spin and create a ripple effect across your life.
LIBRA: ACE OF COINS
There’s something sensible you should be doing… but you aren’t. Well, this week, it’s time to start. The Ace of Coins reveals that a new intention or behavior will emerge this week, putting you onto a better path. It could be a healthy new routine, a new skill or hobby, a new project at work. It won’t yield results overnight but in time, it truly will pay back. Not everything starts big—some things take time, but they’re worth it.
SCORPIO: TWO OF COINS
Variety is the theme this week, Scorpio. The Two of Coins is all about keeping all of your balls in the air, so to speak. Keep yourself occupied with hobbies, commitments, Zoom dates, whatever you like. You like being busy—it makes you feel strong and valued (which you are).
SAGITTARIUS: THE WORLD
Something important in your life is finally reaching its full potential. The World represents evolution, growth, and change. As you reach the end of one cycle, another starts to take its place, and this is the process you’re undergoing rn. Celebrate your success. Soon, it will be time to renew your ambitions. But, for now, pour yourself some champagne and congratulate yourself. You deserve it.
CAPRICORN: THE LOVERS
The Lovers represents romance and relationships—but be careful not to self-sabotage, Cap. Your love life is crazy busy rn, but maybe you’re not quite as into your current love interest as you initially thought. You’re having some doubts and overanalyzing things. Stop! Go with the flow—you don’t have to make a major commitment just yet. Follow your feelings, and enjoy the good times.
AQUARIUS: TWO OF SWORDS
Denial isn’t working, Aquarius. The Two of Swords is a card about facing something head-on, looking it in the eye, and facing the challenge. It’s time to tackle this issue, and you have what it takes to conquer it. Don’t put this off any longer! You got this.
PISCES: JUDGMENT
This is my favorite card, because it represents second chances. Plan to try again for something you wanted, but never achieved. Focus on your unique strengths and talents, and use them to their full potential. You’re going to make a breakthrough in a place you never thought you would.
