A Well-Fed Family, Indeed! All About Guy Fieri’s Children—and His Wife
When your dad is a Food Network star, Sunday dinner is fire.
Guy Fieri is one of the biggest stars of the Food Network (he signed a $80 million multi-year deal with the network in 2021), but he's also a dad. Which begs the question: Who are Guy Fieri's children? Here is everything you need to know about the Mayor of Flavortown's kids—plus, some key details about his wife.
Who is Guy Fieri married to?
Guy Fieri is married to his wife of almost three decades, Lori Brisson. The two met in 1992 when she came into a restaurant in California that Fieri was running—along with a friend who had recently been let go from their job at that very establishment. The encounter could have turned awkward.
Fieri admitted in a 2017 interview he initially went over to throw his future wife’s friend out. "Her friend had been let go from the restaurant, and they weren't supposed to be there," he said. "I was talking to her friend and saying 'Hey, listen, wait a few weeks before you come in,' and standing behind her is this blue-eyed, blonde girl giving me this mean mug."
The two eventually began talking and hit it off. Fieri invited her over for dinner for one of their early dates. "I don't remember what I made, but I do remember it was quite an epic time. The first time I cooked for her, she was just like, 'You made all this?' We both love food, so being able to cook, that was one of the things that impressed her."
You may be wondering whether Fieri was rocking his signature outlandish look back then. His wife told People in 2019, “When I first met him, he had no goatee. He had dark hair. He wore a suit to work every day,” Lori spilled to the outlet. “Now I look at him and I’m like, ‘Where’s that man I married with the whole clean look?'"
The two got married three years after meeting, in 1995. Brisson helps Fieri run his food empire.
