Taylor Swift may have gotten the seal of approval from Ed Kelce (affectionately referred to as Papa Kelce), but there’s one artist he’s not a fan of—Eminem.

During the latest episode of the podcast New Heights—which often finds brothers Travis and Jason Kelce reminiscing on noteworthy childhood moments—they recalled the time their father chucked Travis’ new Eminem CD right out the window.

While discussing a football game during which “Lose Yourself,” arguably the rapper’s biggest hit, was playing on the big screen, Jason suggested, “It brings you back to the first CD you ever owned.”

The 34-year-old Kansas Chiefs tight end laughed and replied, “The Eminem Show, baby.”

“You know what happened to that CD though?” Jason pressed on as Travis indicated that he had no idea. “Dad got into the car after you had bought that CD and he took it out and threw it out the window! I can’t believe you don’t remember this!” Jason exclaimed.

As the brothers shared a laugh, the Philadelphia Eagles center said the moment was “one of the funniest things I ever saw happen!”

Of course, it’s not much of a mystery as to why Papa Kelce wasn’t a fan of the music considering it was chock-full of expletives, with Jason noting, “He started hearing some of the words and was like, ‘What...is this?’“

“I remember that like it was yesterday,” he added, eager to refresh Travis’ memory of the incident.

Comments matched the humorous energy of the brothers, with one stating, “I’d like to think that Eminem was happy and proud to make all our parents that mad ??.”

Another noted that Papa Kelce said “not on my watch,” as a third joked, “He said you're about to Lose Yourself a CD son ????.”

“Jason remembers it all too well,” a user commented, squeezing in a little Swift pun, as others recalled their parents doing something similar with the NWA and DMX CDs.

“Ahhh yes, I remember when my mother did this to me as well. She broke mine in half in front of me though and then proceeded to ground me for listening to it. … Good times,” one fan recalled.

The New Heights episodes tackle plenty of topics–from Travis’ flourishing romance with Swift to playing the 4th coldest game on record and even rumors circulating that Jason is retiring from the NFL.
