Some industries require employees to have a lot of patience when it comes to the type of customers they deal with on a daily basis.

Have you ever been at a Starbucks and the customer next to you is ready to go to battle because their caramel macchiato was made with non-fat milk instead of skim?

Or what about the ruthless customers at nail salons who yell and carry on to their nail tech because they aren't satisfied with the shape of their pinky nail?
I mean, come on!
Now some of the examples I gave are minor and are probably just the tip of the iceberg of how customers can be. I'm sure business owners or others who work in customer-facing industries — like hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc — have some wild stories of customers misbehaving.
