YouTube’s “Miranda Sings” Colleen Ballinger Marries in Secret Wedding
Will she ever be able to top 2018? YouTube sensation Colleen Ballinger, the personality behind “Miranda Sings,” revealed this week that she is married.
In a clip posted to her own personal YouTube page, Ballinger looked back at the highlights of the year, which included her engagement to Erik Stocklin and the couple’s joint pregnancy announcement from June.
“This year I got pregnant and engaged and married all in the same year,” she proclaimed in her latest video entitled “2018 was hard.”
“Yeah, we got married,” she expressed, before cheekily adding: “Whoops, forgot to tell you that one.”
The Netflix personality (Ballinger starred on Haters Back Off) announced she was engaged and pregnant in a YouTube clip posted in late June. While the couple was originally anticipating the arrival of their baby on New Year’s Day, their son Flynn arrived three weeks earlier than expected.
Stocklin proposed on a beach after learning he would be a first-time dad.
“I’m so happy that I have an incredible husband who helps me take care of him and he takes care of me,” Ballinger concluded in her 12-minute video. “He’s the most selfless, wonderful, sweet, perfect man just in the—I feel so lucky. I don’t know how he exists, and I hope my son is exactly like him when he grows up.”
