Amitabh Bachchan attends Shatrughan Sinha's birthday, hugs Sonakshi Sinha

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan had a busy Monday. The actor, who is busy shooting for BHOOTHNATH RETURNS, launched Indian boxer Mary Kom's autobiography 'Unbreakable' later in the evening, which was followed by a visit to his old friend, colleague and actor Shatrughan Sinha's birthday bash.
Bachchan and Sinha's friendship goes back to almost three decades back when they worked together in films like DOSTANA, SHAAN, NASEEB, KAALA PATTHAR among others. But in the past few years, there were reports of their friendship going sour, for reasons best known to them. In fact Shatrughan Sinha displayed his angst over not being invited at Abhishek Bachchan's wedding as well.
However, last year when Shatrughan Sinha was admitted to the hospital, it was Amitabh Bachchan, who paid a visit to his friend. Since then, it seems things have changed. Last night too, Big B attended Sinha's birthday party at his Juhu residence.
Bachchan not only was seen greeting and wishing Shatrughan Sinha, but also hugged his daughter and actress Sonakshi Sinha.
Later in the evening, Bachchan got on to his blog and posted, "'BhoothNath Returns' the shoot with Boman Irani... And then the absolute joy of being with Mary Kom, our national pride, to release her biography... She has lead a very struggled life, but in the end she has literally fought her way through ... and how?" He further added, "Then a quick change and to wish Shatrghan Sinha on his birthday ... old times, old requests and colleague respect... did many together, and many times out of work together too, and its joys ..."
Also present at the party veteran actor Prem Chopra and actor-turned-filmmaker Rakesh Roshan.
