2 in critical condition after motorcycle, car crash

DENVER (KDVR) — Two people were taken to a hospital after a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on Saturday.

Just after 3 p.m., crews from several agencies responded to reports of the crash at Weld County Road 32 and Colorado Boulevard.

When first responders arrived on the scene they discovered a motorcycle and car had collided.

Firefighters and medical personnel assessed the injuries and two people were taken to a hospital, “both of whom were critical trauma patients from the motorcycle,” Mountain View Fire Rescue said in a post.

The car and motorcycle crashed in the middle of the intersection.

MVFR said its crews responded along with Frederick Firestone Fire Rescue and the Mead Police Department. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
