Abita Springs drug bust leads to four arrests

ABITA SPRINGS, La. (WGNO) — Four people were arrested after a drug bust in the Abita Springs area on Wednesday, Aug. 7.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies responded to a home in the 70000 block of Fuschia Street to search for 34-year-old Adrian Adels, who deputies say was wanted on charges of resisting an officer, traffic offenses, drug possession, assault, trespassing and theft.

At the home, STPSO deputies said they found Adels, 23-year-old BreeAnne Trombka and a 13-year-old.
In a search of the home, STPSO detectives said they found 11.5 grams of methamphetamine, 6.5 Gabapentin, illegal THC products, about five grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Three accused in Kenner home burglary arrested in separate states
According to the STPSO, 43-year-old Kristy Bush and 36-year-old Jonathan Long arrived at the home during the search.

Adels was arrested and faces three counts of resisting an officer, attempted simple criminal damage, five counts of contempt of court and failure to appear.
Bush was arrested and faces charges of possession with the intent to distribute a schedule I CDS (marijuana), possession with the intent to distribute a schedule II CDS (meth), distribution of schedule III, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend drug, possession of CDS in the presence of a juvenile.
Trombka and Long were each issued a summons on charges of possession of a schedule I (marijuana/THC products) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
