BCSO: Teen found dead in Pajarito Mesa
BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after the body of a teen was found in Paraito Mesa.
The body of 16-year-old Jesus Quintana Cota was found around 4 p.m. on May 19. Officials said the body had at least one gunshot wound.

Detectives were able to identify Cota when his family reported him missing. The sheriff’s office is investigating the case as a homicide and is seeking the public’s assistance to help piece together the circumstances surrounding Cota’s death.
