CMA Fest 2024: Why Nashville weather couldn't be any better

Attending CMA Fest this weekend? According to the National Weather Service, festival goers will be able to enjoy warm weather with temperatures between the mid to high 70s and high 80s.

On Sunday, the weather service announced on social media that the chances for excessive heat, rain and storms are relatively low.

Showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the week, with the greatest chances for thunderstorms being on Wednesday, said the weather service. Thursday will experience some scattered showers and storms as well, however, cooler and drier temperatures are expected to follow and last through the weekend, said the weather service.

What will the weather be like during CMA Fest 2024?

CMA Fest kicks off on Thursday, June 6, and will last through Sunday, June 9. On Thursday, there will be a slight chance of showers beginning at 7 a.m., then a slight chance of thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Otherwise, the day will be sunny with a high near 88.

Friday will also be sunny with a high near 83. Saturday will be the same, however a slight chance of showers. On Sunday, there will be a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms but the day is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 86.
