Dane County judge keeps RFK Jr. on Wisconsin's presidential ballot in November

Clerks are in the midst of printing ballots ahead of the Sept. 19 deadline to mail absentee ballots to voters who have already requested one. In Milwaukee County, for example, officials estimated it would cost more than $80,000 to reprint ballots.
