Doug Emhoff at DNC: ‘Kamala is a joyful warrior’

Addressing the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday night, second gentleman Doug Emhoff described his wife, Vice President Kamala Harris, as a “joyful warrior” who rose to the occasion for their blended family and the nation. “Kamala Harris was exactly the right person for me at an important time in my life,” said Emhoff, “and at this moment in our nation’s history, she is exactly the right president.”
