Escambia County Sheriff’s Office: Man wanted for questioning about shooting

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man to question about a Friday shooting.

According to an ECSO Facebook post, authorities are looking to question 41-year-old Richard Burt about the shooting of a 23-year-old female that occurred July 5 at the 3800 block of Mallory Street.

Officials said that Burt is wanted for questioning only but noted that he has an active warrant for violating probation.
