3 QUESTIONS
...about prepping for football season
It’s the final week of the NFL preseason and Week 0 for college football. I asked streaming editor Danica Creahan about how to tune in as the excitement ramps up.
Lily: As a football fan, if I’m going to invest in one streaming package this season, what should it be?
Danica: Good question! I think the answer might depend on which team you’re rooting for. But if you don’t already have a solid cable sports package, I recommend trying out DirecTV Stream and Fubo. They both offer free trials.
Lily: Any must-see games that fans should tune in for tomorrow?
Danica: On the NFL side, I’d say Steelers vs. Lions, since who will start for the Steelers remains unsettled. On the NCAA side, I’ve got my eyes on Florida State vs. Georgia Tech, Montana State vs. New Mexico, and SMU vs. Nevada. Here’s a rundown of the three NCAA games.
Lily: Any fun food or drinks I could make for a watch party?
Danica: It may not be Super Bowl Sunday this weekend, but the typical party snacks will still hit! As for drinks, I’d recommend enjoying a summer cocktail while you still can or checking out these drinks endorsed by the NFL’s wives and girlfriends.
Figure out your streaming options: Danica wrote helpful NFL and NCAA guides.
