Which Hoosiers will be at the Democratic National Convention? Here's Indiana's delegation
Hoosiers didn't have very far to travel to reach the Democratic National Convention, which kicked off Monday in Chicago.
By the end of the four-day convention, Indiana's 88 delegates will have helped nominate Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz for Democrats' presidential ticket in the 2024 election.

Former U.S. Sen. Joe Donnelly, who recently retired from his post as U.S. ambassador to the Holy See, is leading the delegation as chair. A handful of party leaders, like sitting members of Congress or DNC members, are automatically delegates; the rest were nominated by state delegates at the Indiana Democratic Party's convention in July.
