House Speaker Paul Ryan on Gun Control, Obama and the 2016 candidates

Speaker Paul D. Ryan, R-Wis., continued his offensive against President Obama’s just-announced executive orders on guns, telling Yahoo News’ Katie Couric in an exclusive interview Wednesday that he wished the president had demonstrated “the same kind of [emotional] reaction” in response to the killing of American journalist James Foley by the Islamic State.
