Watch: Kamala Harris and Oprah livestream from Detroit in virtual rally
DETROIT (FOX 2) - Vice President Kamala Harris was back in Michigan TGhursday night for a livestream event hosted by Oprah and available to watch anywhere in the country.
The Harris campaign announced last week that the Democratic Presidential candidate would be in Michigan. This week, it was unveiled that she would be in Oakland County as part of a streaming event hosted by Oprah Winfrey. (Watch above)
During the event, Oprah and Harris spoke with voters from all over the country - including celebrities like Meryl Streep, Ben Stiller and Julia Roberts to discuss why they are supporting the her for President and what's at stake in the election.
Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer also took part in the event which was streamed before a live studio audience.
