Fish is inviting customers to the Lakewood restaurant on August 30 – September 1 to experience, “the last weekend of Melt Bar and Grilled as we all know it (love it or hate it).”

Melt Bar and Grilled Lakewood will be closed on Sept. 2 through Sept. 8 for renovations. The scheduled restaurant reopening is Sept. 9.

“We have some great updates planned and cannot wait to share them with the community,” Fish said on Facebook. “I have dedicated every ounce of my time, energy and emotion to Melt Bar and Grilled over the last 17 years. As we approach our 18 year anniversary I could not be more thrilled to be back home in Lakewood. The Northeast Ohio community supported us from the beginning and I know it will continue as we end one era and start another.”

Fish ended the statement by thanking his customers for their support over the last 17 years.
